Ami’s been on her own journey of self-discovery for over 20 years, which sparked her interest in psychotherapy. Through her ongoing personal counselling and psychoanalysis, she’s gained a rich understanding of the human unconscious, psychological dynamics and conflicts. This journey has given her a special empathy and insight into the struggles her clients face, helping her connect with them on a deeper level.
Ami aims to assist her clients in recognising thought patterns and behaviours that might be getting in the way of their happiness. With Ami, you will explore emotions and delve into the underlying roots of your behaviours, fostering greater understanding, self-awareness and self-acceptance. Ami integrates Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy, among other modalities to help her clients live a more fulfilling life, improve relationships and gain a stronger sense of self.
